The lab stores your answers, scores, confidence, reasoning notes and attempt times to show your learning record. Training examples are written in advance. Your notes are not sent to an AI for grading.

When you practise as a guest

Progress and unfinished work are stored in this browser on this device. Other people using the same browser can see that guest record. Clearing browsing data, using a different browser, or switching devices may make it unavailable. Export a progress file in My Progress to keep a backup.

When you sign in with ChatGPT

Your completed evaluations are stored against the signed-in account and can be retrieved on another device. Unfinished work is saved locally in this browser, separately for each signed-in account. The lab identifies the signed-in user; it does not read your ChatGPT conversations.

Moving or deleting progress

In My Progress you can export your completed evaluations, import a lab progress file, copy guest evaluations into your signed-in record, or delete the current record. Importing adds records without replacing existing evaluations. Files contain your reasoning notes, so share them only if you want someone else to read them.

Delete my progress removes the current guest or account record and its local unfinished work. It does not delete copies you previously downloaded, or a separate guest record when you delete account progress.

Your own platform comparisons

The response-comparison workspace holds pasted text, ratings and notes temporarily in the open page. These are not sent to an AI or saved to your account. Leaving or reloading the page clears them. Download a comparison record before leaving if you want to keep it; it includes the prompt, full responses, platform labels, ratings, flags and notes you entered. These records do not affect exercise-bank scores.

Hosting

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Those services process requests needed to serve and secure the site. The lab has no added advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Practice, not certification

Results describe performance on this exercise bank. They are not a validated ability measure, an official recruitment assessment or a professional qualification. Nearby rubric ratings may be defensible.
